Masterini Vegatable Cream provides ideal consistency and flavor in hot applications and can be whipped into a sugar-free cream for cake applications. It offers perfect flavor and consistency in hot uses and coats products ideally without sticking. This cream is resistant to acidic and hot applications and can be used as Sugar-Free Whipped Cream.

Water, hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifiers (lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono and diacetyl tartaric esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, soy lecithin, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate), stabilizers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, locust bean gum, carrageenan), salt, flavoring, coloring (beta carotene).
